Celebrating St Patrick’s Day With a Fun Event

The month of March is known for St Patrick’s Day! From leprechauns to shamrocks, this holiday gets folks to bond together while representing the holiday in green and gold colors. Here are some ideas to host your marvelous St Patty’s Day celebration.

St Patty’s Day colors that people use to represent the holiday are green and gold. These colors are a fun way to decorate your party.  Choose the decorations, linens, silverware and food.  A party rental company, such as Sterling Party Rentals, can help you with your rental items so that you can be less stressed! Think of your rental company as your assistant party planner. They have many options for linens, chairs, tables, silverware and even tents if you want your party outside.  Find a great selection of linens for your event here: Linens

Choosing the decorations for your event can be super exciting when you get all your options in order. Decorations can include wall décor, streamers, linens and balloons. For wall décor, cut outs of leprechauns, shamrocks, pots of gold etc. are all a great start. These wall decors can be found at www.partycity.com. Streamers can be green and gold and can be found at any party store or crafts store.  Balloons add fun to any event.  Try a colorful array or you can find St Patrick’s themed balloons at any party or dollar store.

Green food and drinks?! Sign me up! So many foods and drinks can be green or tinted. Try some snacks before your meal such as jalapeño potato poppers or avocado deviled eggs. Some drink options we found are: Irish coffee (hot coffee with whiskey and/or Irish cream topped with whipped cream), Matcha Honey Spritzer (white wine, matcha, honey and ginger ale), and an Irish Buck (lime, ginger ale and whiskey). All these drinks can be made non-alcoholic as well!

Sterling Party Rentals offers a wide selection of products for your events including tents and tables, to chairs, linens, lighting and staging as well as china and flatware!
